My concern lies with the Cuban slaves trying to escape the Cuban Slave Farm, Owned by the Uber Rich Castro family, who have a Monopoly on everything in Cuba.

Don't seem as if those people are having an easy time

Them? Of course they are not captive slaves, Jim, they can leave their country any time they wish.

But did you know if a citizen somehow gets to leave Cuba or N.Korea, the media call it an "escape"?
What does that tell you about these citizens, Jim, that they are the owners chattel- or ownage?

You and I disagree about CUBA and, having lived there, I
am qualified to say that it IS NOT A SLAVE STATE. As you just
mentioned, every country has it's problems....Are there
political prisoners in CUBA?......You bet, does THE USA have any?
Sure we do...As I've said to you before, why don't you go
to CUBA and observe this 'slave state' for yourself?
Don't drink the kool-ade...Open your mind before you pass judgement.
Do you find it odd that the main deterrent of a
visit to CUBA, by an AMERICAN, isn't CUBA but THE GOOD OL' USA?

You have enticing arguments, and I would love to go to Cuba, and again - the freedom thing, I don't believe the US should restrict my movements like that. Of course it is easily gotten around, but I do not like their attitude.

But in the end, Jim, not allowing their citizens emigrate or even vacate, shows me the sinister aspect of Cuban government. Even Fidel's daughter found a way to get the hell out of there back in the 90's when her daddy was ruling.

Sorry, Jim, can't shake me on this stuff.
