After The Cuban Mssile Crisis in 1962 is this the main reason why we go to small third world countries who politicians believe have nuclear weapons and beat them till no living matter is there?

And The Test Ban Treaty did it really work?

Of course they will! They'll use them to provide energy to their countries. The plan is to set some nukes off in the surrounding wasteland (otherwise known as neighbouring countries) and point some solar panels in the general direction of the explosion to provide some power to heat their microwave meals with.
