I say America cuts off all funding and aid to countries that hate us, and only do business with allies. Need oil? Thats what the military is for, right shavvy?

You got it all wrong. What we need to do is go back to isolationism. Close down both boarders and deploy the navy on all three coasts and the non-continental states and withdraw our military and embassies from foreign countries. Develop a new source of power to replace oil (we have the technology and we already have a bunch of methods that work).

Here comes the fun part. Make a declaration that any plane that flies over US air space will be shot down and considered a declaration of war where we bomb (nuclear is an option because we HAVE used them before, twice) the crap out of the country (friend or foe) and deploy our military, leave it crippled and return home in a week. Same goes for encroaching on our coastal waters. The same also goes for immigrants (this means you Mexico).

Basically, you leave us alone, we leave you alone. And once you leave this (the US) country, you denouce your citizenship and will be shot if you ever set a foot back on our soil.

Do you mean that the US cuts off all aid to countries who's governments don't agree with your own's policies?

Do you mean that the US should use military force to extrude oil whenever they want to?

And what do the two have in common at the moment? Or are you supposing that because the US does give aid to said countries that they have a (God given) right to use force to get hold of oil wherever and whenever they want to?
