Perfect solution.
IF they wear masks.

Which they often don't in red states, especially. Thank you, Trump, for making my state more dangerous to live in.

Since you think masks are so effective then you wearing one should be sufficient right?

No you have to wear them too because they are only effective at preventing the wearer from transmitting the disease not preventing the wearer from getting the disease.
I’m pretty sure that selfish right wingers know this and that’s why they don’t wear them.
I would advise democrats to not wear them if mixing with a lot of alt right types on say, Election Day.

Six months in and you can still be so ill-informed?

Masks will give an individula some protection but the MAIN reason is to protect others.
THAT IS WHY IT IS NOT A CHOICE.

@Chesstachio
Hey Whodey, I see you are back.

We will remember come November.
what's in November? You're voting between two horrible candidates, then what. If Biden wins, would that mean senate majority leader wouldn't have the same enormous power? Will the next trump not be able to wield the plethora of powers you give the president? is it right for one man to have this much power?

Do you think if Biden wins America's problems will be over?

@Zahlanzi

I'm taken aback. Ho-LEE! Cogent points.

Just go to work for the Trump campaign.

To drain the swamp, you first need to get rid of the alligators, not become one.

yes because that's the only option. Do you ever have any thoughts more complex than "he doesn't like X he must like Y".

Can you grasp the notion that criticizing Biden doesn't mean liking Trump?

It works if Dems take back the senate and keep the house AND get Biden.

Then we have a chance to correct years of corruption.

Biden is no angel of course but heads up and away better than a known corrupt POTUS we have now.
Biden has one thing Trump NEVER will and never had: Empathy.

Trump would not even be able to DEFINE that word much less display it.

It is going to be a long haul for the US even if all the above happens.

Moscow Mitch and Trump are the worse thing to ever have happen to the US
Almost bar none. Well speaking of barr....

You remember his response to a reporter saying 160,000 folks died already from Covid 19?

"It is what it is'' Unquote.

Real display of empathy, right?

Only the beginning. You still have to fight Biden at every turn.

But yes, you seem to agree

Vote Up

You don't have to actively work towards getting Trump re-elected.

I'm so tired of this "Voting doesn't matter, they're both shyte."

And "Republicans and Democrats are both far-right."

Voting DOES matter. Political Party DOES matter. Not re-electing this PoS DOES matter. Getting something done in Congress despite "do-nothing" Republicans DOES matter. Electing Democrats, not Republicans who act as though they are enemies of the People, DOES matter.

Whining about how "both parties are the same" is not going to change anything in America. And this country desperately needs change.

I’m beginning to suspect that you already work for Trump because I cannot believe you don’t know what an election campaign looks like. It’s obvious that you would prefer a Trump win in November but I can’t decide if you think it will pave the way for a far left candidate in the next cycle or you actually secretly prefer Trump. Because of your posting history the former is more likely but it’s a hell of price that your asking other people to pay for a long odds gamble.

I am so tired of your abysmal reading comprehension but i will survive the disappointment. I have not said ever. At most i said that i have no right to shame anyone choosing to stay at home. How about you read what i am saying more carefully? My opinion of you and how you debate is low enough but maybe others will also start to take notice.

"Voting DOES matter. Political Party DOES matter. Not re-electing this PoS DOES matter. "
It does. Which is why i haven't said anything to the contrary. Despite your chest thumping.

"Getting something done in Congress despite "do-nothing" Republicans DOES matter."
It's not exactly true. They have managed to accomplish some things. Tax cuts, defense budget increases. There are all kinds of things the democrats will get behind republicans for.

"Electing Democrats, not Republicans who act as though they are enemies of the People, DOES matter."
Electing progressives matters. Not corporate democrats. Amy Mcgrath, a corporate borderline pro-trump democrat got 30 millions plus funding out of state to crush Charles Booker. She will probably lose to McConnell but even if she wins, what then?

"You don't have to actively work towards getting Trump re-elected."
Criticizing the very real flaws of a candidate and trying to push him to correct them is working towards getting the other elected? This is exactly why Clinton lost the election in 2016. She simply assumed she is better than Trump and that the voters will believe that too without working to get their vote. Any criticism of clinton was viewed as a betrayal. Bernie bros sabotaging her.
Spare me the indignation.

Rather than getting all precious and offended about me pointing out Biden's flaws, how about you do something and call your democratic representative. Yell at him about healthcare and education and ending wars.
But maybe you don't care about that. Maybe you're one of the democrats who just don;'t want someone impolite in the White House because you have sufficient healthcare, you finished paying your college loans and are comfortably rich that your son or daughter dying in the middle east is not a possibility. So people who actually do care about that should just shut the fuk up and just get behind Biden.

How dare they screw up your peace and quiet.

Getting through your skull. "Whining about how "both parties are the same"" doesn't mean just laying down and giving up. It's a call to do something about it. To yell at Biden to change his positions. To yell at your democratic reps to change their positions. To support primary challenges to corporate democrats until the whole House and Senate is filled to the brim with AOCs, Omars, Markeys, Rho Khanas, Tlaibs, Sanders, etc.

Are you so dense that you cannot take criticism? That if we don't talk about the flaws of the democrats, republicans will just magically switch their votes and young people will show up to vote?
