There's no one who doesn't pay some sort of tax in a modern society, so your attempt to disenfranchise the poor is meaningless.
"on net" "on net" "on net" "on net" "on net" "on net" "on net" "on net"

Since you clearly missed it the first time you were so eager to start banging on the keyboard.

At any rate, it was reacting to your own quote: "No taxation without representation" a logical continuation of that is that if you pay no tax then you get no representation, I was just agreeing with you.

The purpose of society is to protect the rights of all and disfranchising the poor hardly helps achieve that goal. Randian "supermen" shouldn't be the only ones with a meaningful vote.

No, the phrase doesn't imply a dictatorship of the aristocracy as your plan would require.

"no taxation without representation"

I like this No1 and have long floated the idea before, because the opposite of this stands true too, those that don't on net pay tax can find something else to do on polling day. This includes those on benefits where they receive more back than they pay and those goobermint bureauRats paid from the pool of tax monies.

Then to take it ...[text shortened]... ously had.

No taxation without representation also means you don't pay tax, you don't get a vote.
Then again maybe you're on to something; since the wealthy disproportionately benefit from the existence of a capitalist society, they should pay the bulk of the expense for maintaining it.
