Even before the Electors met, Kennedy was leading in the vote count and certainly by the time the Congress met to certify the election, Kennedy was the legal winner in Hawaii. You keep trying to ignore those facts.
Your own post admits that 5 of 7 fake elector certificates submitted by Trump had no such caveat. There was no legal basis for any claim that Trump had won those States. Moreover, according to the indictment:
" On December 13, Co-Conspirator § sent Co-Conspirator 1 an email memorandum that further confirmed that the conspirators” plan was not to use the fraudulent electors only in the circumstance that the Defendant's litigation was successful in one of the targeted states—instead, the plan was to falsely present the fraudulent slates as an alternative to the legitimate slates at ‘Congress's certification proceeding."

So again the 1960 Hawaii situation is a false "whataboutism".

You said the Trump electors were not "duly qualified and elected" because Trump lost. As far as I can tell the only reason the Kennedy Hawaii electors were "duly elected and qualified" is because Kennedy won.
Once again, the only difference was the outcome of the election. That is all you have. Nowhere in the article I posted does it say anything about duly elected and qualified anything. What is your source of information?
