A president following the articles , such as article 2 of the constitution, who was duly elected to do so and is following the wish of his citizens. The ones like, for instance , 79% of which that want no men in women’s sports. Not one democrat voted for that, yet that is what the Populace wants. Why don’t you write about that. You will not.
So I have answered your question, which is who does Trump think he is? Now to round out my post he could not do these things if he were not president. But presidents are given authority to do that.
