howard, I have no problem with the proposition that some populations are more prone to genetic disorders because of a lack of genetic diversity.
I can even allow you the idea that SOME of those genetic disorders will have mental effects (although I suspect that in truth, most of them will have no such effects - last time I checked, my albino cousin was every bit as intelligent as her pigmented peers).
My problem was, and continues to be, the notion that suicide bombers are 'retarded' in the relevant sense. I have yet to see any evidence for this. They may be 'mad' or 'insane', but that is a completely different thing.

I doubt either of you could even find much evidence that people with lower IQs tend to be more anti-social. They have a whole range of personalities and attitudes, just like anybody else. I've known rowdy/noisy people with Down's syndrome, and I've known quiet/shy people with Down's syndrome.
