Answer the question how could he codify roe when not one Republican would back him on it in the senate and he would need sixty votes
There is only one party getting panned at the next election by the majority of women, students and black voters,
I cannot imagine a time when the republicans will win another popular vote whilst they are being driven by a lunatic fringe in terms of policy. They need to bite the bullet and suck on the snake bite of the trump base / Tea Party
