Trump has a republican Congress. Now. Instead of pressuring them to do anything, he's letting them get away with doing nothing. Next year will be another election cycle, nothing will get done, federal budgets will increase.
Dems will take over Congress in 2026 and just reverse everything Trump's trying to do. It's a feckless, lazy approach that didn't work last time and won't work this time either, unless scotus gives him budgeting authority (which should be alarming to everyone).

And, it should be quite clear if they are working for the federal government and receiving pay from the government covering a time that they are supposed to be working for the government, but are in fact at that same hour of the day working for someone else, they should be fired, and maybe do jail time for stealing.
If I work for marauder for eight hours, and also work for MB for the same eight hours, I am cheating one of these people.
