@Mott-The-Hoople saidYou care waaay to much about other people's clothes. Maybe you should write laws who can wear what. You want government inspectors checking the naughty bits before we go pee?

@wildgrass saidJust the ones appearing before school children pretending to be women while wearing see thru spandex

@fornichessate removed their quoted postWhy'd you bring up mens dresses in a thread about don lemon? It sure seems like you're obsessed.
@no1marauder saidThat is simply because the nature of liberals such as yourself, regarding what they did, consider that just the order of every day in your lives. You are a noisy bunch of rabble. The activity was quite normal to you, Marauder. Loud, in your face, you get the drift. ESP since the ambiance of a church is "sshhhhhhhh. This is god's house'"
I didn't see anybody "crash" into the church.
Lord, next you will join King Moses in cheering that they cannot execute the Magione creature, who SHOT A MAN COLD-BLOODED IN THE BACK. (sorry, i get so angry)
Backpack and evidence notwithstanding, I wold love the prosecution to simply show vifdeo of him shooting the man. Why bother even entererong the gun?
They did indeed. I would say loud was what I saw in the videos.

@AverageJoe1 saidI don't really approve of what they did. But it should be treated as what it was; a politically inspired case of civil disobedience warranting perhaps disorderly conduct charges and a fine not a felony charge which requires force, threat of force or physical obstruction (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/248) and can, in theory, get one imprisoned for decades.

And Don Lemon's role was one of an observer and journalist and any charges against him cannot be squared with First Amendment principles.
EDIT: He must have been charged with something besides the FACE Act which is a misdemeanor.
EDIT2: Here's the other charge Lemon and the protestors absurdly face:
"18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."
There was no conspiracy to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate anyone; the protesters went to the church, which was open to the public, to question a pastor as to whether it was in keeping with Christian principles for the church to employ another pastor who was an official with ICE. They apparently sat through much of the service and only started asking such questions during the sermon. And when the pastor wouldn't engage with them, did some chanting and then left before local police arrived to investigate it as a case of "disorderly conduct". https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2026/01/30/church-protest-minneapolis-don-lemon-arrest/88429388007/
Comparing this to KKK cross burnings and violence the Act was supposed to prevent is ridiculous.
