That said it's a bad law that only exists because R's didn't say "no" and so they added churches. Laws already exist for the behavior in BOTH cases.

When it gets in front of another judge in Minnesota (perhaps the same one) it will be tossed again.

IF all anti-abortion protesters did was peacefully block the entrances of the clinics as an act of civil disobedience, they should have been prosecuted under the misdemeanor provisions of the FACE Act, but IF (and I don't know this for sure because no one has provided a link) some were prosecuted and convicted of felony conspiracy charges for such non-violent activity, it was wrong to do so and any such convictions deserve pardons.
In a free country, non-violent civil disobedience should not land you in prison no matter what your political philosophy is.
