That analogy makes no sense, you really do have a brain disconnect somewhere. You have no sense of logic.
Noted that you have no understanding of logic.

I will say this:

IF all anti-abortion protesters did was peacefully block the entrances of the clinics as an act of civil disobedience, they should have been prosecuted under the misdemeanor provisions of the FACE Act, but IF (and I don't know this for sure because no one has provided a link) some were prosecuted and convicted of felony conspiracy charges for such non- ...[text shortened]... iolent civil disobedience should not land you in prison no matter what your political philosophy is.
Per AI…

“While many journalists covered the January 6 Capitol riot, several individuals who identified as journalists or media members were arrested, charged, and in some cases, imprisoned for their actions that day.
The following individuals associated with media or identifying as journalists were prosecuted for their roles in the January 6 events:
John Earl Sullivan: A self-proclaimed "anti-establishment" activist and journalist who filmed the riot. He was sentenced in April 2024 to six years in prison for inciting the mob and carrying a knife in a restricted area.
Owen Shroyer: An Infowars host who was sentenced to two months in prison for his role in the riot. While he did not enter the Capitol, he pleaded guilty to illegally entering a restricted area after leading a march and chants near the building.
Steve Baker: A writer for Blaze News who pleaded guilty to four federal misdemeanors in November 2024. He argued unsuccessfully that he was a victim of selective prosecution.
Samuel Montoya: A former Infowars video editor who was sentenced to four months of home detention after entering the Capitol and filming the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt.
Nicholas Ochs and Nicholas DeCarlo: Self-identified journalists for "Murder the Media News". Authorities identified them as members of the Proud Boys; DeCarlo was accused of writing "Murder The Media" on a Capitol door.
Elliot Resnick: A former editor for the Jewish Press who was also charged in connection with the riot. ”

It didn't survive contact with the first judge who evaluated it nor the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

It won't survive contact with the next judge who evaluates it after the hacks at the DOJ temporarily sidestepped judges. That won't work for long just like I said.
No, you said it wouldn’t survive the first judge. It did.

Just don’t have the balls to admit it. You should be the man AJ is, he has the strength to admit when he is wrong.

I wasn't wrong. The judge tossed it. It hasn't gone in front of another judge on the merits yet; when it does, it will be dismissed.

How many times do you have to be told this?

No one is claiming that a journalist has carte blanche authority to do whatever they want and not be prosecuted for illegal acts.

But Lemon merely reported and that make him immune from prosecution under First Amendment principles.

You said it wouldn’t “survive” the first judge.

Now you are trying to change the wording.

Everyone here knows how you are. Just a shytweasel .

Just showing your leftwing hypocrisy

And yet you claimed all your Republicans friends involved in Jan 6 were innocent.

Your post shows they were not, you buffoon.
