EU referendum result predictions, please

I did this with the Scottish Independence referendum, so why not the EU vote?

You must predict:

1 % Remain
2 % Leave (actually that is not a must)
3 % Turnout

Nearest person (as determined by me) will be declared the winner.

I would love this to happen. I am so fed up with people not voting because they say their vote doesn't matter. I could have enormous fun with them.

I am not sure, though, that a new vote has to happen, as a referendum is only advisory. Apparently, local votes can be recounted, but there is no provision for a national recount.

So I won or what?
