Nobody has a binding vote in the general assembly you utter fool. The security council only deals with security issues and was clearly set up with a built in veto.
Can you give an example of when the security council passed a binding vote on itself. It’s a meaningless sub committee based on ‘might makes right’ .
The real work is done in the general assembly where the US has ONE vote and Mexico ( a permanent and founding member ) has ONE vote.
In short Biden was correct Mexico is the equal of the US and the US is nobodies Superior. Have a look at yourselves.
By your logic Russia, a state that poisons its own people with chemical weapons, is superior to Mexico.
