You do understand that in a recent defamation case, FOX's lawyers argued that "given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statements he makes."
"This 'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that he is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary'".
In other words, your Op-Ed piece by Carlson is not stating actual facts. It is exaggeration. Non-literal commentary.
You really should stop using questionable sources.
And stop watching FOX "News". It's not news. It's opinion. The opinion of a talking head that cannot be taken seriously.

So has he known that he was not allowed in the capitol?
If so why did he enter?
Did he carry a spear?
Would you let go some poor guy enetring your house with a spear taking photos of hiself sitting in your chair and posting them online?
In short: Is the guy (most probably, we know for sure only after the judgemnet) a criminla or is he not?
If so he was as of your statement in the pay of the FBI. You shoud urgently contact the DC courts about your proof of that, so that the relevnat FBI agenst can be brought to justice.
