Gee they should appoint a Congressional Commission to look into what happened on January 6th, right?
The republicans made sure that would not happen. Now the dems can say too late for that, repubs shot it down. Now it will be covered up for good.

See how government works? They use partisan bias to sweep crap under the rug.
That is why partisan bias is like a mental illness. Both parties get suckered into it every time. They are all fools.

Divided and conquered. Works every time. That is why political parties are stupid. The establishment plays them against each other easily and both are too stupid to realize they are all being played.

Your article mentions what Tucker Carlson said about the FBI's "involvement".

You do understand that in a recent defamation case, FOX's lawyers argued that "given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statements he makes."

"This 'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that he is no ...[text shortened]... News". It's not news. It's opinion. The opinion of a talking head that cannot be taken seriously.
It is likely that the Judge was speaking broadly about all political commentary news shows, distinguishing them from people who read the news on purely fact-oriented news segments, in which speculation is generally absent.

I think you're misinterpreting this.

FIOA came from lizard people in government?
From the link below:

"No wonder this Michigan plot didn’t take the federal authorities by surprise!

FBI infiltrators comprised, at the very least, 26 percent of the plotters. That is, at least five FBI operatives have been disclosed, against just 14 suspects indicted.

A look at the annotated indictment reveals that at every level of the plot, FBI operatives played the most important leadership roles:

-The plot’s “explosives expert,” who the plotters were accused of planning to buy bombs from, turned out to be an FBI agent.

-The head of transportation for the militia outfit turned out to be an undercover FBI agent.

-The head of security for the militia outfit turned out to be an undercover FBI informant.

-At least two undercover FBI informants were active participants in the initial June 6, 2020 meeting in which the plot to storm Capitol buildings was allegedly hatched — meaning at least three FBI informants infiltrated before the conspiracy even started.

In one of the plot’s climactic scenes, in the main van driving up to look at Governor Whitmer’s vacation home, three out of the five people in the van — 60 percent of the plot’s senior leaders — were federal agents and informants:"

All of this is backed up by government documents. You are making a fool of yourself!

It was during a defamation lawsuit against Tucker Carlson.

They were talking about Tucker Carlson.

Of course all the Trumpers, who are as rabid for TC as they are for DT, will characterize it in the way you do.

Carlson is not the original source you fool.
Revolver is where he got it from and the FIOA is where Revolver got their source.

Are you going to attack your own government now?
You made a fool out of yourself.

Apparently you think the US government are tools of the Russians.
When you drop toast on the floor do you blame the Russians for that too?

FIOA stands for freedom of information act. Revolver got their info from the US government fool! Try reading the Revolver article. You might actually learn to not make a fool of yourself!

Again, a claim someone else is "lying" that is easily disproven:

"But Fox News argued that Carlson "cannot be understood to have been stating facts, but instead that he was delivering an opinion using hyperbole for effect," the ruling said.

It added that Fox News "submits that the use of that word or an accusation of extortion, absent more, is simply 'loose, figurat ...[text shortened]... he makes."[/b]

it is lying by omission…. this is the standard for opinion shows. It is the standard, not just on one side.
