In the lawsuit Dominion filed against Fox News the primary person they took issue with was Jeanine Ferris Pirro, not Tucker Carlson.

Maybe the stories are true about tucker being offensive to the execs and maybe this other person never contradicted what they were claiming saying on air in emails to colleagues which clinched the case for dominio. The emails proved that Carlson knew he was lying about dominion

What specific lie? Lying is not against the law. Lots of people knowing tell lies on the news media. Besides, this is about Pirro. Are you claiming Pirro did not tell lies about Dominion?

Nobody intelligent is going to read the link you posted MB. Pirro called on inciting violence on Jan. 6th and they still want this to be all about Tucker. They heard a rumor that Tucker lied about Dominion so they keep repeating it. They will not tell you what he lied about. They do not know themselves.
Then there is the forensic analysis of the dominion voting machines. The conclusion of that forensic analysis would have let Fox News off the hook for certain, even if it is a pack of lies as democrat authoritarians would like to believe. Fox News cannot legally be held accountable for reporting the forensic analysis conclusion. Common sense to anyone who is capable of thinking for themselves.
