Republicans are not the censorship party right now. The democrats are and that is the truth. Google is not run by republicans.
You are as simple-minded and gullible as 99% of the Republican Party. Oh, and pull your pants up.

Blatant lie from a blatant liar
Who’s taking books from library shelves, who’s saying ‘don’t say gay’, who won’t allow the truth about slavery and the annihilation of the indigenous people of N. America to be taught in schools, the list goes on
Few people read books anymore. They get their info from the internet.
Which political party did google help during the elections?

Oh, and let's not forget the gov of NM who is unhappy with the 2nd amendment. If she were president, she would likely dictate by fiat, as does Biden, that we can ignore that 2nd amendment, and tell us and the criminals to stop it with the guns.
Oh, and lets not forget the Biden decree to forgive loans of college graduates. What power!!!

@AverageJoe1
For these last several months, the posts of libs are really lacking.

Joey...

A few have pointed out already that the helicopter parent is the one on Fox news yelling about disciplinary action for his 6 year old.

A few have also pointed out that these suspensions have happened before, and that kids know they aren't supposed to do that in school. Don't pretend to do that.

Yes... teachers overreact to this stuff. It's not the fault of liberals, this is screwball logic. There are enough examples of real shootings at schools that tend to get people worked up about it.

You mean what democrats do to American citizens? You want to censor anything you don't think they should be exposed to and constantly monitor them just in case they are saying the election was stolen (new ideas), right?

Democrats are the "helicopter party".
It's not liberals who are banning books.

GFY you lying 💩 there is only one authoritarian movement in the US and that’s the GOP
What’s up son can’t flood the internet with your Russian troll BS as much as you did in 2016
It seems obvious to me that Democrats are the authoritarian ones. And it's not even close.

Unless you are in favor of the Kama Sutra being available in children's libraries, then we're all in favor of "banning" books. It's only a matter of which books. If you're not in favor of keeping such a book out of children's libraries, then you are a groomer.

When Nazi's banned books in the 1930s, it was a process where certain books were completely removed from all parts of society.

The so called "book bans" by the GOP involve eliminating certain books from children's libraries, which already contain no more than 1 in 10,000 of all books ever published. These books always remain available to the society at large and can be accessed by children through their parents or other sources.

The fact that Democrats conflate these two show just how much brain-washing our media does and to what extent Democrats are influenced by brain-washing.

And by the way, Amazon "bans" many books favored by the right (e.g. "When Harry Became Sally" )

@Metal-Brain - Which political party did google help during the elections?

LOL! Is this the same google that is in court defending themselves in an antitrust suit?

I hope those sob's get smashed into a hundred pieces.

Agreed.

Old Joe will be demanding vaccines, lockdowns, masks, and firing people who do not comply.
And there will be our charming democrats defending him all the way.

brownshirts.

You keep saying you're not Republican, but you defend them at every opportunity.

This here is a classic example of Republicans blaming others for what they do themselves. They do this constantly.

You know what they say: If it doesn't fit your argument to compare apples to apples, then you can always compare apples to Nazis. In recent history, libs and conservatives alike have been using 'banning' and 'censored' to describe the removal of materials from certain venues.

The Kama Sutra? Sure, there is at least one egregious example of a book that clearly does not belong in kids sections (called "Its Perfectly Normal", but its been around a long time, written in 1994). Conservative idiots love to parrot it out there as if it was just recently added to bookshelves and show how bad it is. Fine, lets get rid of that one. Its the only one I've seen that is really that bad. But Ron DeSantis banned dozens of math textbooks, with no explanation.

By some counts, the state of Florida has removed 357 books from schools. His office contends it is only 175 books. Virtually none of those books contain pornography. One of them is a biography of Roberto Clemente, a hall of fame baseball player, which included one page about the racism he endured. Should that be removed from public schools?

Is there any comparison to that for the libs? Maybe. Banning Trump-o from tweeter?

So, no books that YOU don't like. Got it.

So it's got nothing to do with "for the children". Okay. Unless you don't like your kids, who are already as ignorant as you, accessing new ideas. Is this because you don't trust your strict indoctrinational upbringing to keep them from "turning gay", or from finally doing something to relieve their stress from being born into the wrong body?

Newsflash to parents: your darling little monsters are not just little "mini-me"s. They have their own personhood, whether that scares the crap out of you or not.
