@creastalia saidIf the govt requires voters to have something like a special voter ID, above and beyond a standard driver’s license or passport, then the govt must provide this free of charge at the point of receipt (I.e. tax-funded).

Then it will be great when the people who made them testify, under oath and under penalty for perjury, at the trial and provide "context".

One has to make allegations and claims BEFORE the trial or there isn't one. In this case, both sides filed motions for summary judgment (look up what that means or pay me $300 an hour) backed by affidavits and evidence:
"Both sides just filed motions asking Davis to grant them victory ahead of the jury trial scheduled to start in April."
