@Cliff-Mashburn saidbetter send in the military then
Don't blame the criminals, blame the gas station. BEHOLD the reasoning of the liberal mind.

@Cliff-Mashburn saidAnd you know the facts? Why would not hundreds of police calls involving car jacking and MURDER not be enough to make the city do something? BTW, the owner gets his day in court to fight against it so it is not a done deal yet.

Why didn't the cops install video cameras from several angles and hidden so perps don't know they are there so they can all get eventually caught and jailed?
You would think they would get pesky after the first 50 such incidents. Or the owner, were there cameras of any kind there?
Also seems like with that much crime in one location they would put in unmarked cars with cops inside watching the place?

The gas station isn't responsible for the crime going on around it. Closing it down isn't going to change the behavior of the criminals in the area, they'll just keep doing what they are doing elsewhere.
Blaming the gas station instead of clamping down on the criminals is retarded.
Now all the residents will complain about it being closed so they have to go farther for gas and food/snacks.
@sonhouse said1 petrol station was robbed 50+ times?

And no alarm bells are ringing?
That’s what one calls an insurance scam.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidI just SAID why do they not have undercover cops in the area to catch thief's in the act? Or why could not the owner get a gun permit to blow the perps out the door?

@sonhouse saidEven Sonhouse makes a good post, something to discuss. Is Zahlanzi angry? Why does Z get angry?

@sonhouse saidHa, sonhouse speaks my language. I was thinking more along the lines of putting them on the plane with Garcia who is being sent to an African country to live amongst cannibals.\\

My two cents? Have punishments for crime be harsher and permanent.
@AverageJoe1 saidAll well and good but I don't think many of the perps have even been caught because cop shop downplayed it, looks like to me.

And it's not 50 times, over a two year period almost 800 crimes have occured there over a two year period.
That have been reported.....no telling how many others have not been reported.
