@shavixmir saidBy the city councilman/police chief/District Attorney's OWN WORDS, they want to shut the business down because of all the crime going on around it. Their reasoning? If the business goes away, so will the crime.
BS.
Nobody wants to close down a business, instead of combatting crime.
What sort of polarised hell of propaganda are you being subjected to?
Why are you not picking up on ther twisted reaoning?
@Cliff-Mashburn saidHopefully you appreciate the balance here. Those who will give up liberty for safety deserve neither.
How about you go hang out in front of the place at night and get back to us?
@wildgrass saidThat makes absolutely no sense in this situation.

A business is being forced to close because the police are allowing criminals to run rampant all around it.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidMaybe I missed the part where you tell us your solution to the problem?

@wildgrass saidIncreased police presence and jail time for the offenders instead of repeatedly letting them go with a warning.

Have patrol cars take turns parking there for short periods of time until the criminals get the picture. Cops sit for hours at speed traps, have them do some real good and spend some time at the station.
"We got a high crime area around this convenience store/gas station, should we keep more police in the area"?
"Nooo...just shut down the store,that'll fix things"..Idiots.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidLike a permanent police presence? I think the police were there a lot according to the report. Maybe if they installed some cameras that would have helped.

I don't think the city wanted this outcome.
@wildgrass saidNot permanent, just until the criminals get the idea. Increased law enforcement presence in high crime areas has been standard police procedure since...FOREVER.

Oh...yeah..that'd be considered racist haha.
They have cameras inside the store, why are they responsible for closed circuit cameras all around the block?
@Cliff-Mashburn saidWhy didn't they consider those robberies a hot spot and install cameras and stuff? Somebody dropped the ball on this one.

@Cliff-Mashburn saidStandard practice, I know. That wasn't working here apparently. Police were already there every dang day.

@wildgrass saidThey were there AFTER the crimes were reported.

Standard practice is to post police in troubled areas when they have been identified to KEEP the crimes from occuring.
Patrolling an area BEFORE they occur was what they should have been doing instead of just showing up after.
But that would be considered racist and the libturds would cry about it.
Just close down the business...Blame them....Then they can cry about "food deserts, etc" and say THAT'S racist.
BEHOLD THE LIBERAL MIND !

You’re sucking some dumb message out of the arse of some incel and claiming it to be true.
Think for a minute, god damn. How??? How could that ever be reality?

Unashamedly and without realizing how retarded they sound..
They have become strangely silent after the backlash from city residents that depend on the gas station/convenience store because nothing else is close..
Perhaps you should become silent too.
