@sonhouse saidSurely you know it was all planned? Step back. Look….. Apprentice was a vehicle to get him into popular mainstream, whatever you libs call it. To make him a colorful celeb and on to president!!!
@Wajoma
If you don't own a TV how can you say you are not a 'fan' of Trump? How would you have heard what criminality he has done?
Oh wait, you use a short wave radio and listen to BBC, right, they are SO right wing they would be right up your alley, sarcasm BTW if you hadn't figure that one out.
Alternatively you could have just listened to your demented buddies telling ...[text shortened]... ath liar with no saving grace. EVERYTHING he says is a lie and there is no getting around that fact.
It worked, Sonhouse. President!! You HELPED him when you told your friends about Apprentice!!!!!!!!
The other part of your post is already in my journal, from December I think.
@sonhouse saidDid Trump lie or was he lied to?
@Metal-Brain
GEE, it was TRUMP who said he would be arrested on Tuesday. TODAY.
I knew when he said it there would be no arrest on Tuesday BECAUSE NOBODY knows when they will pull the trigger so therefore he was lying as usual, this time to boost support for his so called base. Did you perhaps notice how many people came out to protest his Tuesday arrest? Must have been AT ...[text shortened]... what Trump is aiming for.
Trump cares NOTHING about people's lives, ONLY in making Trump richer.
I said "somebody" for a reason. It is unclear who lied if someone lied. Maybe the grand jury changed their minds. Can they do that?
@AverageJoe1
Funny how that works for a zombie like you. I NEVER told anyone to watch Apprentice because it took one look at that show to see the absolute arrogance inherent in his personality.
OF COURSE it was that show that got him to POTUS but if for sure wasn't anything to do with me because I saw how much of an assswipe he truly was right off the bat but never said anything back then to anyone but my wife who fully agreed with me about his assessment.
BTW, he was ALREADY a criminal even before Apprentice or did you not hear about his fines he got, him and his dad, for keeping blacks out of their apartment buildings in New York.
My guess is you don't know a THING about his pathetic past.
@Metal-Brain
So you think because he SAYS someone told me that, you absolutely believe him.
Jesus you are more than stupid, you are complicit.
Why don't YOU tell me why he would have said that, what would have been his goal to say that?
@sonhouse saidI don't know who lied to who. Do you?
@Metal-Brain

All I know is I was waiting for Trump to be arrested today and it didn't happen.

@sonhouse saidthe question was...what crime has Trump committed?
@Mott-The-Hoople
So you are one of the zombies who thinks Trump is above the law.
You think it is TOTALLY ok to stick FIVE THOUSAND CHILDREN IN CAGES because you HATE brown skinned people because they are sub human you POS.
OR the call to arms about Jan 6, IT WILL BE WILD.
I guess causing a riot at the capital building is just a peaceful political discussion.

juI haven't studied if there is a charge, But I have heard the statute of Limitations has run, and I assumed that there would have to have been a charge, upon which to make a judgement on applying the statute..
Silly me.
A judge worth his salt will throw this out the day he gets it on his desk. Bootstrapping a State misdemeanor, where the Statute has run, to a ...[text shortened]... 'all have hated him since before he became president (what??), but I think he was about 91% perfect.
So Trump's term of office and later period of residence in Florida wouldn't count against the Statute of Limitations period (which is five years for felonies in NY).
@mott-the-hoople saidSuspected crime. That’s what the grand jury is about to tell us. It doesn’t mean he’s guilty; it just means there is sufficient evidence to bring a case before the court. It’s not optional; he can’t bluff or buy his way out of this, if it comes to an indictment, and he’ll have a chance to examine the evidence and cross-examine the witnesses. That’s how justice works. Impeding an indictment is not how justice works, but that is how Trump works.
the question was...what crime has Trump committed?
@no1marauder saidNo, the grand jury just changed their minds. They say they are to "reconvene" but if they didn't have doubts it is the wise thing to do they would have arrested him already.
You should stop believing anything Trump says.

@no1marauder saidThe grad jury was supposed to reconvene. Trump didn't lie.

If they were so confident they would have already arrested him.
The truth is almost all politicians spend campaign money on things they are not supposed to. It is so commonplace it is almost viewed as an entitlement. Why do you think no politicians will criticize Trump for it, even democrat politicians? Because they all do it and they don't want the light shined on them too.
I doubt Trump will be indicted because they all do it. They don't want people like me exposing the hypocrites who do it themselves and point the finger to others. Just think if a lot of people picked apart all of the misuse of campaign funds. They would all be in hot water.
The vast majority of politicians probably want this to end before they are exposed for FEC violations. That explains the delay. They are just not so sure anymore. A lot of politicians don't want that can of worms opened.
