Right, cheers so the crime did take place on American soil not so confused now; but still miffed about the amount of 'not so unusual renditions' between britain and the U.S it would be interesting to see a case with the defendant going in the opposite direction and wether the U.S justice system would be as accommodating. And the other two defendants got 20 & 24 months so I think Kaminsky is going to be dissapointed.
