I can't imagine the social unrest would be caused if merchants in America hung signs on the door banning all "black people".
A sign displayed at a McDonald's in Guangzhou, China, read "black people are not allowed to enter" – just one instance of a growing problem in the city. - May 23, 2020
There would be riots in the streets all over America if this were to ever happen. Will this social unrest happen in China?

I think the photo of the notice is real , but i don't think they( MacDonald) were "informed ".
You know, some people tried to stop the people from WUHAN coming back to Guangzhou month ago, not to say the black people. The MacDonald staff printed the notice due to fear of the covid-19.
But it does not mean there is an "offical discrimination" to black people. What i can say is that the foreigner(include blacks) get a better treat than local chinese.
I replied some same question month ago and i copy it to here.
As to "discrimination against black African residents"
My opinion:
1,There is discrimination to black people due to many factors for some Chinese. I would like to say there is discrimination against some people in any countries, include China, USA, ect.
2,But recent problem of "black African residents in Guangzhou" has nothing to do with "discrimination".
It is about the COVID-19, SOME of them do not obey the rules, not quarantine, walk out for shopping/business/eating within 14 days of quarantine, not willing to accpet the test . Anyone who can read chinese please read the chinese news, these few people spread COVID-19 to so many persons without abey rules, they want to destory our effort to stop the COVID-19, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
We, Chinese people must quarantine 14 days home if we moves from other city. why these guys(SOME black African residents) do such stupid things? We are trying our best to stop COVID19, any action to destory our effort is not allowed.
