@Mott-The-Hoople saidLive in your delusions; the Financial Disclosure Form was filed in May 2018, was widely reported and was admitted into evidence at the trial. Additionally, Trump admitted to the reimbursement at about the same time in several tweets.
i asked you to show the proof, not some opinion article…but you cant because it is not true
@no1marauder saidstill not showing any proof…just stfu shytweasel

@Mott-The-Hoople saidThe jury saw all the evidence that you keep shutting your eyes to.

I started a thread during the trial regarding "Trump trial issues" which you refused to meaningfully participate in. It's a bit late to relitigate issues a jury already unanimously decided.
@no1marauder saidso you cant back up your claim with proof?

@Mott-The-Hoople saidWhat are you specifically denying?
so you cant back up your claim with proof?
That Trump's own required Financial Disclosure form in 2018 didn't list a reimbursement to Cohen in 2017?
That Trump in tweets about the same time admitted the reimbursement to Cohen was for the Stormy Daniel's pay off?
Please tell me exactly what undisputed facts you are pretending don't exist.
@no1marauder
He is in fringe land and always will be, no matter what you bring up he will just go so you don't have proof. Like you are the one needing to prove anything.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidKinda of a pain to find on a 92 page form but:
so you cant back up your claim with proof?
"In the interest of transparency, while not required to be disclosed as "reportable liabilities" on Part 8, in 2016 expenses were incurred by one of Donald J. Trump 's attorneys, Michael Cohen. Mr. Cohen sought reimbursement of those expenses and Mr. Trump fully reimbursed Mr. Cohen in 2017. The category of value would be $100,001 - $250,000 and the interest rate would be zero ." It has Donald Trump's signature on page 1 if you can ever figure out how to get to a link (HINT: don't include the section and page information).
EDIT: Like this: https://oge.app.box.com/v/Trump2018Annual278
Then mosey to section 8, page 45.
@no1marauder saidyou should learn how to post a link dumbass

there is nothing illegal about a person paying a layer...you are a nutcase
if Trump were trying to hide it he wouldnt have reported it...DAAYYUUUMMM
@Mott-The-Hoople saidThere's something illegal about having your lawyer make a payment in excess of allowed contribution limits to aid your campaign.

There's also something illegal about reimbursing him for it while claiming it was income from a non-existent retainer agreement. Giving him a fraudulent 1099 is evidence in support of that illegality despite what his lawyer unsuccessfully claimed.
The jury saw those facts clearly.
@no1marauder saideverything you just said came from a convicted liar that admitted he stole from Trump.

NY does not have jurisdiction over federal campaign law any way
@Mott-The-Hoople saidActually it came from undisputed evidence, both by testimony and documents, at the trial.
everything you just said came from a convicted liar that admitted he stole from Trump.

NY does have jurisdiction over Falsifying Business Records which is what Trump was convicted of.
@no1marauder saidyou are running in circles...basing everything on a known liar...its like I say

corrupt democrats abusing the justice system to interfere in the 2024 election
@Mott-The-Hoople
In your wet dreams. Sure Cohen lied a lot, but you forget one fact, it was for your orange Jesus, not for some personal gain.
He also had to fight to get paid back because he took out a house loan to get that 130K.
The bad part for Trump was CORROBORATING evidence, something you in your infinitely stupid brain refuse to discuss, papers signed by Trump's COO and others using the exact numbers to pay back Cohen and that turned out to be over twice what Cohen paid out and it was NOT for legal services, it was for hush money to Stormy.
You will never come out of your trump generated mental fog.
