Maybe revive the recent idea of banning sales of firearms, at least "assault rifles" to those under 21. I also would like to see a Federal ban of high capacity magazines i.e. anyone over 10 rounds.

So, that is my suggestion. Of course it would change nothing, I have a Winchester 22 model 64 Pump, which holds 28 rounds.
