It will go exactly where the rest have gone.

Exactly nowhere.
In that regard, how do you think Trump's trial will go?

He probably won't get jail time, if that's what you mean.

Karma will catch up to him someday. Whether that is before or after he ruins the country is anorher guess.

History will record the names of those who could have stopped him, yet inexplicably did not.

Seeriously, please, tell us how he 'almost succeeded'.
Hint: Nixon was an amateur.

I just pulled this at random. Actually, my main deal is that he is not protecting our country from invaders, which is a direct violation of his oath of office. He should obviously be impeached for that alone, so, further, I need sayeth not.

he 46th and incumbent U.S. president Joe Biden has seen multiple efforts by some members of the Republican Party to impeach him. ...[text shortened]... Biden classified documents incident, and the accusation that Biden is "weaponizing" the government.
As usual, you're making things up. The oath of office says nothing about defending the country against invaders.

It states as follows:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

You speak of "invaders." That's an emotionally charged and factually false description.

Now hear Ronald Reagan, 1981:
Quote:
Our nation is a nation of immigrants. More than any other country, our strength comes from our own immigrant heritage and our capacity to welcome those from other lands.

- We have a special relationship with our closest neighbors, Canada and Mexico. Our immigration policy should reflect this relationship.

- We must also recognize that both the United States and Mexico have historically benefited from Mexicans obtaining employment in the United States. A number of our states have special labor needs, and we should take these into account.

- We shall seek new ways to integrate refugees into our society without nurturing their dependence on welfare.

Immigration and refugee policy is an important part of our past and fundamental to our national interest. With the help of the Congress and the American people, we will work towards a new and realistic immigration policy, a policy that will be fair to our own citizens while it opens the door of opportunity for those who seek a new life in America.
end quote

Trump had 4 years to sort out a sensible immigration policy and failed miserably. Congress was ready to hand Biden a bill which had bi-partisan support, but Trump told Johnson to kill it. Why give Trump a second chance? He doesn't care about America's southern border; all he cares about is getting a favorable number of 'likes' in the press. If he cared about America's border, he would not have directed Johnson to kill the bill.

Is that you, Sonhouse? You are a soothsayer. When Trump walks, please write meaningful posts that we may grow from your wisdom. Please no rants, and PLEASE no predictions!!!

@AverageJoe1
If Pence had gone along with the fake elector scheme there would have been the first literal constitutional crisis since the civil war and you seem unable to see any consequences for any action like that from trump including having a year long mistress and a tryst with a porn star all the while his REAL wife was having his baby.
Then the Mar A Lago deal, box after box of stolen TS docs, also no big deal for you.
You are deliberately blind to your cult leader.

You silly goose, we get all that heart string nurturing and new life in America, there is definitely a place for such a thread in the Forum. And we need (vetted) migrants, no argument there.

But, you silly goose, you are quite wrong to suggest Biden is not required to protect us. The DHS, which is one of his offices that he is RESPONSIBLE to oversee and direct, is responsible as follows:

Statutory Bases of Executive Authority
Federal statutes grant DHS general authority over operations to secure the border and specific authority to temporarily close “any ... port of entry” when necessary to protect national interests. Other statutes give the President broad authority to suspend the entry of aliens.

So, get off it. And I am quite impressed that you tried to insert the Constitution when it was convenient, that you are familiar with it.
But alas, you fell flat on your face. Go ahead and start the migrant thread, that they want a new life, etc, but please start with vetting them? Please? Oh, and how many we can afford. If you were at the kitchen table with Mrs Moonglow, and she wanted to bring some hobos off the road into your home, you would have to discuss how much it would cost.
YOU would make the decision....not the hobos.
And don't forget about the DHS anymore, if affects a lot of posts.

And what about the Space Force?

Are they supposed to protect us from space aliens?

Go on, admit it.

You don't know what the DHS does in real life, do you?

I don't know what space force is. But if they invade, Biden is supposed to step up!!!!!!!!! 😆 And did you see Moonbus just above, suggests that the incursion of migrants illegally into our country, with all the grief they bring, is not the responsibility of Biden? Unbelievable.

Maybe Biden is saving his unseen vigor for any REAL problems, a vigor which Trump exhibits every day.

The consensus is actually pretty clear: policy disputes are not grounds for impeachment. Policy Disputes are to be resolved in Congress by the legislative branch. An impeachable offense has to be something like taking bribes from a foreign power, or trying to overturn the legitimate result of an election.

@AverageJoe1
I thought you were republican. Space force was started by Mike Pence. I can't believe you don't know that.
Republican official lawyers already said there is nothing to charge Biden with.
You vainly keep up your hope because you can't stand the idea Trump WAS impeached TWICE and for good reasons.
What are you going to impeach Biden on? tripping up the stairs to AirForce1?

And YOU don't give a crip about the documents at Mralago. Who cares? Not you or me....but, ahhhhhh, it is something we can use to nail Trump's ass. Beecasue we hate him, and, like the 'big fella' Bragg in NYC, you will do anything to nail him, because we hate him. We will let gangbangers out of jail all day long, but we found an 8yr old (expired) misdemeanor which we can use to nail his ass....because we hate him. Although he has DONE NOTHING which has hurt anyone, we are going to nail his ass. We hate him. And that 'big fella' Fani Willis in Atlanta has promised way back that her life work is to nail his ass.
And, their brother Sonhhouse has worked non-stop to nail his ass, because Sonhouse hates him. Sonhouse is in bed with slime.
Ahh, I feel much better. I am glad I am not one of those 2 big fellers, and not Sonhouse. The seething hate. Can't write about an ice cream cone without mentioning Trump. Pitiful
You gotta feel a little dirty with your motives, little feller

He breaks the law whenever he thinks he can get away with it.

Which is why he wants "immunity" so badly.

OF COURSE HE HAS.
