I would guess the number of people killed on the drug boat and the number of drug overdoses averted by preventing the drugs from reaching the US is roughly equal.

Yes,i posted them as I derived them from 'all over the place'. The speaker i think was alluding to the contents of the drug cases in the boats, one of which could easily kill 25k people. So my comment fits nicely in the debate, assuming, that is, that we all agree that it is quite liiiiikkkely that they were transporting drugs.
So back at ya',, now you have to say it was NOT likely that they were carrying drugs, and it will end the discussion. I think they were, and that they could kill.........25000 people.

I know nothing about drugs as you people certainly do. I am ignorant about drugs. I’ve never seen a drug and I don’t know anyone who has ever been involved in drugs. I know no one that has a tattoo for that matter. Now, all that being said, I am talking about drugs on the boat. It could be heroin. I don’t know what heroin is, but it could be that.
