In my "libtard worldview" people who are accused of a crime should get a fair trial.[/b]
I disagree with the donald on that one.

What was sad was letting our enemies into the country in the first place.

From further research there is no documented evidence that she wanted off the case. She never put it in writing.

All we have is conflicting recounts. One of which is a friend of Hillary at the time who said she took the case to help her career.
How about the statement I quoted from the prosecutor in the case, the person who called to inform her she was assigned it?

Since there were surely insufficient legal grounds for recusal, it's rather unsurprising that no motion was filed.

As I said no actual document just what a person said who wasn't actually present if she actually made any request.

The person who suggested she contact the judge and ask to be removed and then was in contact with both throughout the case.

Was that person present when the request was made? Was the judges order that she take the case otherwise facing contempt of court and being thrown in jail witnessed by anyone? Was it documented? If not how do we know it took place?

The post that was quoted here has been removed
How many times does it have to be said to you before you get it into your arrogant thick skull?
No one on this site has ever once--- as in, EVER--- made even a single overture that rape is okay.
It's almost as though you have some sick fetish.

Again: get some help for the voices in your head.
None of them are coming from anyone here.

No one claimed that the judge threatened her with jail if she didn't take the case.

(Shrug) The defendant requested a different lawyer and the judge honored his request.
That wasn't in writing either, but the judge probably figured it would expedite the case.

Yes defedants always get to choose their public defenders. One isn't appointed becayse you get your choice. This level of accomodating prisoners was very common in Arkansas during the 70s.

What would be the consequence if she refused?

Here's a more important question: why are you sooooooooooooooooooooooo obsessed with a case that took place 41 years ago when HRC was a couple of years out of law school?

Generally judges will accommodate indigent defendants on trivial matters like this. If he wasn't happy with his PD and if there were assigned counsel available, what is the BFD with naming one? The guy was facing a charge that could get him 30 years to life; why not get him a lawyer he's comfortable with?

This is just one of many instances where Hillary demonstrates that she is not pro woman.

Hillary is just another liar running for President. I am just pointing it out.

Since so many libtards around here have such strong feelings about rape I wanted to see them once again show themselves to be hypocrites.

Rape is ok as long as Hillary is involved.
