Joe Biden bragging about representing Golda Meier and negotiating with the Arab nations during the 6-day war easily tops all that, since she wasn't the Prime Minister until two years later and he was still in law school when it happened.
Saying he had multiple degrees and graduated top of class, etc was another.

Yeah and you could replace him with the criminal who is still lying his face off about winning the election, and who cosied on up to Putin and would surely take a shed load of kickbacks from China if they were available.
