Yeah, USAF, test at 97th percentile, aced several other tests, ended up in what is called Bomb Nav, which involved a full year of electronics training 6 hours a day. 30 hours a week for 52 weeks. 1500 hours of training including air borne radar. The schematic was on three walls all the way round the classroom and some of the students in my class were members of Mensa, which I never heard of ATT.
It turned out to be an elite unit but I never put it together for years afterwords till someone told me that when I told them my job in the AF.
I wondered why there were two dudes in our squad who were members of Mensa and I learned why. I thought I did ok on my entrance exams and such and the dudes in my class and later at my base the guys were ALL very smart and it just seemed like normal to me.
