We will also seize all of @AverageJoe1's and his friends 'extra' houses using eminent domain (legal, since Pfizer used an analogous process to seize the Little Pink House) and use them to end homelessness nationwide. 🙂

"Day One, an EO will establish that court cases must be decided within 30 days of arrest. Motions of any sort will be handled in a '3 strike' fashion. A motion must be concise, refer to a single issue per motion, and if denied by the court will count as a 'strike' against that side. Three strikes and that side gets no more motions and the trial proceeds. Justice resolution will take precedence over other activities.
Also, juries will be chosen completely at random, with minor analysis by an independent body to screen out obvious bias - 1 day max.
This will clear the enormous caseload OUT of the US justice system, re-establish the principle of 'swift justice,' and eliminate 'justice delayed is justice denied.' There will be no need for such a thing as 'bail' because the time between arrest and verdict will be short, and no one - employers, creditors, bill collectors, etc. will be allowed to act adversely against the accused until a verdict is rendered.
'Plea bargaining' will be restricted to cases where testimony snares other criminals, not simply to encourage guilty pleas.
Verdicts will not be stayed while under appeal, and appeals will not be "do-overs." To de-incentivize this, if an appeal is lodged but lost, the ORIGINAL SENTENCE will re-start over again. So if an appeal is heard 1 year into a 5 year sentence, and plaintiff loses, his 5 year terms starts again. Stop wasting our time.
Appeals will have no time limit for resolution, but since consequences will accrue immediately, appellate courts will be motivated to take only cases featuring a grave mis-carriage of justice or when new evidence comes to light after the lower court verdict. SCOTUS will decide only Constitutional Law cases.
The justice system will not charge for its services.
So many improvements needed to re-build the United States and make us Great Again! 😆
More good news about how liberals are going to win since the current admin announced it will sell off 3.3 million acres of public land. 😆
"Day ONE, an EO will take back EVERY ACRE of public land sold by the previous administration using eminent domain with ZERO compensation. Further, 3.3 million acres of PRIVATE land across the US will be seized from rich landowners using eminent domain (without compensation) and to be turned to public use.*
Notable among the properties to be seized will be Mar-a-Lago (previously owned by Majorie Post) which will be turned into a community center for undocumented workers and at least one mansion in Newport, RI which will be converted to low cost apartments so that maids and cooks and servants can walk to work. Opinions of the courts will be ignored so that we can "move fast and break things."
* The Little Pink House will be rebuilt in New London, CT on land seized from Pfizer with NO compensation. The opinions of the skull f***ed courts which allowed this travesty will be ignored.

We know he is cutting up, but I am glad he has opened up the silliness of these concepts that have been introduced by liberals for a long time, frankly, there are a lot more free things that we all would like to have, so it certainly would not stop with Healthcare. Let’s all throw a few more things out there that we think should be free. I would love not to have to buy an expensive car again, is there any chance of picking one up that I would not have to pay for? Of course, I will have more children since they will all go to college for free.
Which should Americans vote for?
A) Nazis rounding up and expelling brown people who do 98% of the roofing and landscaping in the country.
B) A 66% cut in medical costs, guaranteed health insurance for everyone in America, and no more medical bankruptcy.
