A good point, tho my question was simplified on purpose for 'certain' posters to have to answer it straight out....which STILL does not seem to work.
My premise is based on the HR1 bill which does, indeed, provide references to this subject, all open to interpretation, I guess. BUT, if it is the subject of many sources, websites, news articles, TV reporting, etc, (re ...[text shortened]... retation. My interpretation, they want to get rid of ID. There are many links making this an issue.
So all it takes is a few dozen citizens who will document where people voted twice, Those go to jail for a few years (i think at least 2). So if you want to win, just wach the voters and filter out a few to make an example. Do you really think a lot of people would try that stunt (a written sworn statement) to defraud voters ??

In fact I like the way we hav in Germany, you have to bring both your invitation and your ID (But then having an ID is mandatory in Germany)

No argument there, sure there will be fraud, but I would think the easiest if all frauds.........anyone can walk in anywhere and vote, maybe hit 10 precincts in one day,......would be no ID requirements
I get it, this is a boring issue.. But what is NOT boring is that there are people, right here, that we converse with, who will not answer this question. I did this for fun. If I asked about marrying your pet, they prob would be the same way. Creepy.

Yeah, what a TERRIBLE world it would be if republicans can no longer gerrymander, put up barriers to vote like the laws just passed in Georgia by repubs.

What a novel idea, on person, one vote.

Repubs will fight that to the bitter end.

That end would be the end of the republican party, you remember back when it was the party of law and order? Now it is the party on NO.

And if you don't believe it just listen to Moscow Mitch say NO MATTER WHAT is coming from democrats, there will be ZERO republican votes in spite of the FACT JACK that near 80% of Americans approve of HR1 and S1. DEMOCRATS STARTED IN and because of that, no matter the content, republicans reject it.

There is ZERO negotiating with repubs and that is not the way to govern.

Repubs are terminally POUTING they are not in total charge even though the large majority of Americans don't want to see republicans win just to keep authoritarian rule going.

The old republican party of compromise is DEAD but they don't know it.

do you think black and brown skinned (to use your terms) people are too dumb to have an identification card?

It's MUCH more than simple voter registration ID cards. You are just too white to figure it out, in other words, STUPID.
