"Then" is the key word. Bad politics and deregulation changed things. I think things have changed for the worse. Especially among those who don't have real estate speculation as a profession.

As a young kid, saving 50k to buy a home is very difficult. It's not about phone upgrades.
No but what does two new car payments and full coverage cost, now add in the other things I mentioned. On a 15 year note on 50 to 75k what would the payment be, no It’s not easy and a bank only needs 20% to loan. The jump to a 30 year note is horrible, not much less with a lot of interest ruining the investment, but might be needed until you flip it and jump up a little?? It’s not going to be a beautiful home but a starting point and no wasted money on rent.

We never rented, our first house believe it or not was 10,500 and I remodeled it as we went. We lived there a few years sold it and bought a little nicer one that needed work and did the same thing again. We did that like five or six times until we got to where we wanted to be in our mid 30s. You should be able to go to your courthouse and see a list of foreclosed houses to ...[text shortened]... but if you can’t get a bank loan there are investors that will loan also if you look and are stable.
Cost is the absolute last reason I chose not to have kids.

I know you’ve told me that before, but thank you I guess? I thought I had bold letters figured out also. Never mind I guess it did work for you.

That will get you ded bud!

Why are you defending illegal immigration?
because, oh dense one, out of the numerous problems amerika is facing, deporting a mexican who has a job and contributing to the economy should be at the very end of priority list.

like arresting someone for jaywalking at night on a street with no cars while muggings and murders are happening one block away.
