Sort of reminds me of the prediction of the mark of the beast,
666 where everyone is required to take the mark to buy or sell.
Sort of like an ID implant somewhere in the body, like an arm
or forehead.

maybe, but I'm asking you to site evidences of this happening, not just speculation.

And if it's already happening why worry about ID cards?
