For your entertainment, in WSJ letters Saturday..
"It would only be half bad if President Trump had only lost half of Washington, but that's just the half of it.He lost half of the U.S., he also lost half of our friends around the world, half of our credibility, half of our trust, and half of our international relationships.
Even half of Republicans would agree that I am half right. And most disruptive of all is spending half of my time worrying that our president is half mad."
And I especially liked a letter, ..ending with.." Susan B Anthony (said) I personally do not admire Grant, and do not care to see a 'fast man' at the head of the nation; but.....principles to me are more than individual character."

@suzianne saidThis argument is hardly worth writing about, dont you think? Obama spent at least that, do you know how much jet fuel carbon is still floating around that he burned on his may trips to Hawaii?????????? And some of those trips, it was only his wife and her 'celebratory' entourage! And Pelosi's junkets make the news all the time. Millions.
And how much went in Donnie's pocket for rooms for the SS men and the rest of his entourage?
@averagejoe1 saidAnd to think you right wing types sat on your hands and said nothing at the time, there is no justice. It’s their turn now AJ suck it up.

@mott-the-hoople saidSo then, the $30M shouldn’t be that big a deal. Right ?
no more than any other president before him...why do you ask? are you ignorant of the fact ALL president get this benefit?
If the president is found to be clean, the $$ is well spent.
If he’s found to be corrupted, same thing.
If the result is somewhere in between, same thing.
If Mueller didn’t have quite enough (with heavy emphasis on quite enough) to throw the book at him, then exposing this character for what he is should be worth every penny.
At least this investigation will raise the bar for future administrations.
And that is worth the $30M.
There are far worse ways to spend taxpayers’ money.
The original intent was to investigate Russian interference in the election.
The fact that the president couldn’t keep his mouth shut through the entire investigation tells another story.
And keeps the turmoil going.
@whodey saidIt turns out the US made millions on that deal. Manafort just agreed to forfeit his Trump tower apartment and other holdings worth over 40 million dollars so stop bitching about how much it cost. Manafort paid for it and then some.
So essentially Mueller spent about $30 million in tax payer money to come to the conclusion that there is no conclusion.
That's the kind of work I need.
Also, if Trump is this 'stable genius' as he just reiterated, why has he hired such losers in his cabinet? Doesn't sound like genius to me. Sounds like giving buddies good jobs, ala Harding.
