The dog breeds you refer are not inbred it’s one of the things the Kennel Clubs guard against, they pretty much insist on outbreeding but bred for certain classic characteristics of that breed dummy. This has gone so far with the British bulldog that they can barely breathe and most cannot pup without a vets assistance, how long do you think they would last as actual dogs in nature?

Despite the inbreeding they still survive today. Species evolve to become other species by a series of inbreeding and subsequent out crossings. Out crossing restores some of the loss of heterosis by hybridization.

Their sense of superiority might also have to do with racism, since they are part northern European and therefore very light skin and European in phenotype.
Ashkenazi are the people who suffered under the Nazis and Russian pogroms so maybe they feel a greater sense of victimhood and need for aggressive defense.
Ashkenazi also seem to have a strong emphasis on business, money and military more than other Jews, and they are dominant in Israel.
And they are the ones who are connected to Cosa Nostra.
