Unlike a SCOTUS judge, DAs needs to present solid legal evidence to the courts; Justices merely need to give their opinions. No matter how biased DAs are they still need sound objective reasons for their cases.

Those who supported him regardless what the evidence was will continue to do so regardless what evidence yet comes. Those who knew he was a conman from from the git go don’t need any more evidence. So we’re all just waiting for the wheels of justice to grind slowly on to some conclusion.
