Iranian sites like Fordo super reinforced concrete

Debates

Most likely the US bombing raid did not even penetrate the concrete walls which were maybe ten feet thick.
Here is an assessment of this new super concrete:

"Yes, there are reports that Iran is using a new form of concrete, likely Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), in its buried enrichment facilities like Fordow.
Here's why this is relevant:
Increased Strength: Iran is reportedly a leader in UHPC technology, and its advanced concrete advancements are believed to be significantly more resistant to standard bunker-buster bombs.
Challenge for Penetration: Standard bunker busters, like the GBU-57/B, are designed to penetrate a certain depth of high-strength concrete. The use of specially reinforced concrete in facilities like Fordow, buried deep within mountains, makes it much more difficult for these bombs to reach and destroy the underground facilities.
Potential Impact on Effectiveness: While the exact depth of the Fordow facility is estimated to be between 80-90 meters, the specially reinforced concrete could reduce the effective penetration depth of bombs like the GBU-57/B, which can penetrate about 25 feet of high-strength concrete. This suggests that multiple waves of attacks or specialized munitions may be necessary to potentially reach the enrichment facility.
It is important to note that:
Specifics are unclear: The exact combination of materials used in the concrete surrounding the facility is not publicly known.
Impact assessments are ongoing: Following recent strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, including Fordow, the extent of damage is still being assessed, and there are varying reports on the effectiveness of the attacks. Some reports suggest that while above-ground structures were damaged, the deeper, fortified areas may have largely survived.
IAEA Verification: The IAEA is seeking to resume inspections to verify the extent of the damage and the status of Iran's enriched uranium stockpiles. However, Iran's parliament has voted to suspend IAEA inspections. "

I knew that as soon as Trump said 'total success'. He was lying as usual.

Report: We don't really know what the F happened. But we can speculate that maybe, time will tell.

MB: Told you!

SHouse: I knew Trump was lying!

Heh. This day gets better and better.

Well, say I was the Iranian regime and I figured out what Israel’s goal was… which isn’t difficult; considering they declared as much.

And as Iranian regime you realise that the US is the most untrustworthy country in the world and their leader the most untrustworthy individual in the entire history of the most untrustworthy nation in the world…

I would have moved everything important somewhere else, even before the orange fruitcake gave a two week ultimatum.

Indeed. If I was the Iranian regime, the whole Fordo site would have been a decoy from the go.

And if I was the Iranian regime, I would state that our nuclear capacity has been thoroghly destroyed.

And then I’d make bombs as fast as FFing possible…

Just sayin’… it seems like common sense to me.

Well, maybe not lying, but bragging as usual, because, after all, a 30,000 pound payload does sound like it would make an awful big bang. He never troubles himself about details and distrusts his own intel department's assessment. He gambles bigly, that military pressure and the threat of further military action will bring Iran to the negotiating table, but severely miscalculates the resolve of the Iranians to keep an ace of trumps, figuratively speaking, in petto. Pressure will not make them give up nuclear weapons research, but only make them more secretive about it.

The day you stop your Trump-focus, and start posting stuff that really matters on a world scale, then that is the day your credibility takes a massive leap forward. Right now your posts are speculation and petty gossip about Trump and his personality disorders as if people care.

The issue is whether or not Iran still has nukes or the ability to make it in the short term. Most experts say yes they do. Maybe Trump's bombs made a dent and maybe not. But the fact that is Iran is concerned, maybe it did.

So of interest to the world [particularly Israel] is if Iran does have it, then what is to be done? Since we are dealing with Islamic extremists who are hell-bent on destroying Israel, then the only solution is to keep bombing suspected nuclear sites and assassinating nuclear physists hired to help Iran. No diplomacy, talking, blah blah nonsense is going to help.

We all know that these losers, used to losing, are hoping Trump lost on this mission.
They want our country to fail. There may be many reasons we don’t even know about, I always say that Marauder cells want us to fail so that theycan step in and go straight into communism, just skip the socialism.
These losers care not that our enemies could develop nuclear weapons to raise Almighty hell in our country. Luckily for me, they will hit sonhouse in Pennsylvania before they get to where I am….high on a hill.

All of the reports about the "failure" of the bombs are based on wishful thinking by the left. Nobody has been there to inspect the damage, so how TF do they know anything?

There's an unfortunate tendency of both sides of the political spectrum these days to root against the United States when the missions are led by the other party's administration.

But it's definitely worst under Trump. CNN's constant crowing about how Iran still might have its nuke program on track after all is just sad.

There was me thinking it came from the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s intelligence arm.

So you take offense on the label "left" and think for that instituion "ultra-left" would be in order?

I meant the report came from the President's own Defense Intelligence Agency. (Not from a group of wishful thinking leftists as claimed).

This one hopes Iran is close to being a nuclear power.
He has no children. And frankly, he likely has nothing to lose if something gets torn up. Myself, , I am exactly opposite Marauder has a new recruit!

Opposite to what? An intelligent person?
