Iraqi Kurd not being deported, your opnions please...

Aso Mohammed Ibrahim has used artical 8 (right to a family life) to stay in the UK. Cameron is cross, but isn't the real problem that the man should have been punished properly for his hit and run,(he got 4months) it's not got anything to do with him having a right to family life- which is of cause is denied when a person is incarsirated IMO.
We should be consistant and if breaking the law means your asylum application is looked at in a different light. I would expect his family to go to Iraq with him
