Herzog also engaged in a testy exchange with journalist Matt Frei from Britain’s Channel 4. Herzog cut off Frei when he began insinuating that Herzog was holding Gazan civilians responsible for Hamas and thus considered them legitimate targets.

So Herzog is saying killing civilians, including children, is not against international law because they are shooting missiles out of their kitchen. I didn't know kitchens had missile hatches in the roof.

This story must be false though because Muslim majorities, especially extremist ones would never allow a Christian church to operate right under their noses., or so I’m told 🤔
