I would guess that poor white people’s crime in the US is based around home-violence, drug and alcohol abuse, gun clubs and joining extremist movements (fascist groups, proud boys, KKK or whatever local flavours are to be found).
I would expect white poverty in the US to be more rural. Or former industrial towns (like places where there was mining that closed down).
A totally different setting than inner-city poverty. Although, large cities like New York and Boston probably would have quite large areas of white poverty as well (former industrial partly; partly poor people who immigrated from Europe in the early 20th century).
But that sort of poverty-driven crime tends to stay within cultural settings as well.
In fact, I’d be very surprised if inner-city black crime was generally directed at white people, as you suggest.
