That is not their job. It is up to science judges, HIGHLY educated and moral and intelligent, a team of them looks at the WHOLE data set, not some cherry picked POS some grad student thinks will get him tenure.

My wife has diabetes AND asthma and is very high risk, now slightly better having had both shots but we are both at some risk still.
You don't know what your brother is suffering from and my guess is they can tell if the body is being overloaded with covid or variants.
