Seems weaponizing the legal system is not new to Joe. After a contentious divorce so Jill could leave her husband and marry Joe, he used his influence to have her ex investigated by the DOJ. He had a successful business, and he made a 8000 dollar deposit from the daily receipts 8 days late, a technical violation that resulted in him being arrested and thrown in jail, with Joe pulling strings to make it happen.
