Seems weaponizing the legal system is not new to Joe. After a contentious divorce so Jill could leave her husband and marry Joe, he used his influence to have her ex investigated by the DOJ. He had a successful business, and he made a 8000 dollar deposit from the daily receipts 8 days late, a technical violation that resulted in him being arrested and thrown in jail, with Joe pulling strings to make it happen. Joe ended up ruining the poor guy. All these stories about what a decent man he is are a lot of baloney.
