Because Biden relies on advisors, etc. to form opinions and choose strategy. So, his old age and befuddlement doesn’t matter so much.
trump, however, is equally befuddled, but only relies on his own warped opinions (formed by having a damaged ego). And that is the ultimate recipe for disaster.
