While you don't have to have a NY address to qualify for the ballot for President, your nominating petitions have to have correct information on them. RFK seems to have been using false addresses to keep his NY voter registration for years.
NY is well known for having pain in the ass election laws. Maybe RFK Jr. can convince a federal judge this law is constitutionally invalid.

I suppose most people would just drive by and let the carcass rot until someone gets tired of the smell and does it at the worst time. Isn't Kennedy a swell guy for not leaving it there?
My late wife was a bear hunter. Bear is good meat and bear parts are actually quite valuable. I would have done that for the bear hide alone, but I would be worried about being accused of poaching. You are a typical city slicker. What is abnormal to city people is not so much in the country where I live. I am guessing that you have never butchered an animal in your life. Am I right?
