This just happened, serial killer murdered 24 elderly women, jury dead-locked 11-1 so a mistrial was declared.
Wonder who the hold-out was?

Faking a hate crime.
Disorderly conduct.

Lame charges.

He's only going to trial to be in the spotlight because his stunt ended his acting career.

He could have plead guilty and got probation but he wants the spotlight so he might get...up to 3 years.

Most likely 6 months.

I've always thought juries were too biased.

Trial by judge is the better method.
