Uhhhh, th evidence is in the public domain...at least that's what we used to call it before the social misfits came along and changed just about everything in the domain.
Anyway, the twerp is quite guilty and in my world, you punish smart asses. At least he will have to pay for the cost of 'solving the case'. Guilty.

When the Smollett story broke, all of The Usual Suspects here were 100% behind him and touting it as another example of white racism, etc.
Even when the story started to smell fishy, most still supported him.
When the story started to really stink, there were STILL some die-hards here that believed his story.
How about now?
Any of you of the regular lefty crowd still buy it?

Most judges dislike people who go to trail when they are blatantly guilty.

I hope he gives Ole Jussie the Max. 3 years in jail and forced to pay all of the court fees and police costs investigating the case.
He needs to make an example out of this clown.
