It is NOT going to be a sitting VP.
But WHOMEVER Biden choses, the one thing clear, Manchin will go full repub and refuse to sign and his GF too so it will be the same old BS where repubs ONLY want right wing justices and will go to any lengths to prevent a new liberal judge including bribes. I have NO DOUBT repubs are pushing major money at Manchin since he is really a repub in disguise to keep him in repub control

It's a disgrace that not a single black woman has ever been adjudged worthy of being on the SCOTUS. Remedying that historical injustice should be applauded.
